Anyone who has won a prize from 94.1 The Edge is ineligible to win for thirty days. Only one winner per street address will be permitted for the duration of the contest. Persons from households where an individual has won a prize valued at $500 or more is ineligible to participate in any 94.1 The Edge major contest for one year.

Employees of 94.1 The Edge, RCRG of Michigan, Inc., and members of their immediate families are ineligible to participate in any 94.1 The Edge contest. Employees of any sponsor or agency involved with 94.1 The Edge are also ineligible to participate, as are their respective families.
Employees of any form of media, including electronic and print, in the Lansing area, and members of their immediate families are ineligible to participate in any 94.1 The Edge contest.
94.1 The Edge reserves the right to any video, audio, photographic, or print material which involves the winner(s) or their families for promotional use without further permission. All winners agree to participate with the station and its advertising agencies in publicizing or broadcasting winners names, winnings, their picture or character without further compensation. Winners will be solely responsible for the payment of any and all expenses and taxes associated with receipt of any prize.
All winners must sign a release form agreeing to hold harmless 94.1 The Edge and RCRG of Mid Michigan, Inc., and all of their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from all losses, damages, penalties, claims, actions, suits, costs, and expenses of any kind whatsoever, including property damage, personal injury or death to any participant or third party arising out of or in connection with participation in the contest or with the use of any prize awarded in connection with the contest.
All decisions of station management with regard to the awarding of prizes, the selection of the winner and the interpretation of these rules shall be final. Each contestant, by virtue of entering the contest, agrees to accept the decision of the station as final.
